Can we extend our hourly charter on the day of service?
Yes. If your dinner runs late or your business meeting extends, you can easily inform your chauffeur to extend your charter. Additional hours are billed in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly vehicle rate.
How does the chauffeur communicate with us during stops?
Your chauffeur provides you with their direct mobile contact upon pickup. Whenever you are ready to depart a restaurant or store, a simple quick text or call ensures the car pulls right to the door.
Is there a mileage restriction on hourly charters?
All local travel within the greater Chicago metropolitan area is included. For long-distance interstate travel spanning beyond the Chicagoland area, customized regional hourly rates apply.
